Amy is a graduate of Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage licensed in NYS. She is a passionate and knowledgeable therapist who honors and respects each client’s unique and individual ability. Amy believes in the therapeutic properties of massage therapy- whether they are utilized for healing injury/disease or to promote relaxation and a sense of well-being – believing that touch is sacred and healing is divine. Amy offers client-centered therapeutic massage in many modalities – from relaxing Swedish massage to treatment-focused work depending on client need. Amy’s goal is to promote healing and wellness through therapeutic touch that ensures a sense of well-being and calm within her clients.
Amy’s prior career in public education supported innovative solutions to educational problems that enabled hundreds of at-risk students to attain academic and vocational achievement; increased the quality of life of disabled persons; restored competence to schools in need of improvement; and returned hope to people in need. Her work ensured that students, educators and schools could reach their fullest potential.
Amy is also a certified yoga and Pilates instructor and has been practicing yoga and Pilates for nearly 20 years. Amy possesses a deep passion for the practice of yoga and Pilates and is eager to share her joy with her students.
