Jill Scheltz is a massage therapist and a registered nurse with a long-held interest in health and healing and a true desire to minimize suffering and nurture wellbeing. Since becoming a therapist in 2003 she has received additional training in Oncology Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, and Therapeutic Touch. Her training also includes the use of mindfulness and meditation as additional tools for promoting relaxation and wellbeing. She has completed training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and pursued studies in meditation at the University of Toronto. She knows from experience, the ability of massage and meditation to help one truly and deeply relax, and facilitate the body to release long held patterns of tension and pain.
